International Journal of Clinical, Biomedical and Health Sciences Research (IJCBHSR) is committed to providing immediate and unrestricted open access to all of its published scholarly content. The journal follows a fully open access, no-fee publishing model. All articles published by IJCBHSR are freely available online immediately upon publication, without subscription, registration, embargo, or payment required to read or download the full text.

Open Access Policy

IJCBHSR is a fully open access journal. All published articles are:

  • Freely available to all readers
  • Accessible immediately upon publication
  • Available without subscription
  • Available without registration
  • Available without an embargo period
  • Available for reading and downloading
  • Permanently intended to remain openly accessible

Readers may access the full text of published articles directly through the journal website. The journal does not operate a subscription-based or hybrid access model. Our open access policy is consistent with the principle that scholarly articles should be immediately available without financial or registration barriers. 

Creative Commons License

Unless otherwise stated on an individual article, all articles published by IJCBHSR are licensed under:Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0), Under the CC BY 4.0 license, users may:

  • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
  • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material
  • Use the material for commercial or non-commercial purposes

provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s), the source is cited, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made to the material are indicated. The full terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license are available from the official Creative Commons website. The journal does not add additional restrictions that contradict the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license. 

Copyright

Authors retain copyright in their published work. By submitting a manuscript to IJCBHSR and, following acceptance, granting the journal the necessary publication rights, authors authorize the journal to:

  • Publish the article
  • Make the article publicly available
  • Host the article on the journal website
  • Assign and display article metadata
  • Distribute the article electronically
  • Include the article in journal archives
  • Deposit or distribute the article through appropriate scholarly repositories and indexing services
  • Preserve the article as part of the scholarly record

Copyright ownership remains with the author(s), subject to the rights granted under the applicable Creative Commons license and publication agreement. This approach is consistent with recognized publishing models in which authors may retain copyright while granting publication rights under a Creative Commons license.

Author Rights

Authors retain the following rights in their published work, subject to the CC BY 4.0 license and applicable third-party rights:

  • The right to retain copyright
  • The right to share the published article
  • The right to deposit the published article in an institutional or subject repository
  • The right to use the article for educational purposes
  • The right to use the article in academic presentations
  • The right to include the article in a thesis or dissertation
  • The right to distribute copies of the article
  • The right to reuse portions of the article in future scholarly work, subject to appropriate attribution
  • The right to make adaptations and derivative works in accordance with CC BY 4.0

Authors should ensure that third-party material included in their manuscript is appropriately licensed or that the necessary permission has been obtained.

 

Self-Archiving and Repository Deposit

Because published articles are openly licensed under CC BY 4.0, authors may share and deposit their published work in appropriate repositories, subject to the terms of the license and any third-party material contained in the article.

Authors may deposit their published articles in:

  • Institutional repositories
  • University repositories
  • Subject repositories
  • Research repositories
  • Personal academic websites
  • Other legitimate scholarly platforms that permit such sharing

Authors should retain the correct citation and bibliographic information when sharing the published article.

Third-Party Material

The CC BY 4.0 license applies to material for which IJCBHSR and/or the article authors hold the appropriate rights. Some material incorporated into an article may belong to third parties and may not automatically be covered by the article's Creative Commons license.

Examples may include:

  • Previously published photographs
  • Copyrighted figures
  • Maps
  • Illustrations
  • Proprietary datasets
  • Logos
  • Material reproduced with permission

Where applicable, such material should be clearly identified in the article. Users wishing to reuse third-party material are responsible for determining whether additional permission is required.

Funding and Open Access

Where research has received financial support, authors must disclose the funding source in accordance with the journal's Author Guidelines and Publication Ethics & Research Integrity policy. Funding of the research does not affect the journal's open-access status. The journal does not accept payment in exchange for editorial acceptance.

 

No Guaranteed Publication

The journal does not guarantee publication based on:

  • Payment
  • Author status
  • Institutional affiliation
  • Personal relationships
  • Recommendation by an individual
  • Previous publication history

All manuscripts must undergo the journal's applicable editorial assessment and peer-review process.

Changes to the Fee Policy

IJCBHSR currently operates without author publication charges. If the journal's fee structure changes in the future, the revised policy will be publicly displayed on the journal website before being applied to new submissions.

The journal will clearly identify:

  • The type of charge
  • The amount
  • When the charge applies
  • Who is responsible for payment
  • Any available waiver or exemption
  • The effective date of the change

The journal will not introduce undisclosed charges during the publication process.

Open Access and the Published Record

Published articles form part of the permanent scholarly record. The journal may issue corrections, retractions, expressions of concern, or other post-publication notices when necessary to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record. Open access does not prevent the journal from correcting or retracting articles when appropriate. Retractions and corrections will be clearly identified and linked to the affected publication in accordance with the journal's Publication Ethics & Research Integrity policy.

Article Citation and Attribution

Readers and users of IJCBHSR articles are requested to provide appropriate attribution when using or sharing published material.

A citation should normally include:

Author(s). Article title. International Journal of Clinical, Biomedical and Health Sciences Research. Year;Volume(Issue):pages or article number. DOI.

Where a DOI is assigned, authors and readers should use the DOI in citations.

The journal will begin displaying DOI information only after DOI registration and assignment have been formally established.
